Engineering Mechanics (qualification – mechanic of freezing equipment)
A mechanic of freezing equipment is capable to perform technical assignments connected with producing freezing machinery, also with mechanic equipment, their assembling, application, supervision and repairing. According to the existing instructions he/she makes the calculations of materials and labor consumption, is able to solve the tasks for ensuring the optimal working conditions of freezing equipment independently.
The teaching process can be defined as practically oriented. There are two periods of practical training during the study period. The goal is to ensure the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills to obtain the professional qualification.
The study period is organized to enable the students of the third year to take the GCSE (general Certificate of Secondary Education) examination in comprehensive subjects. In the end of the fourth year only a qualification examination has to be taken.
